Mohicans,
I'm not sure what I expected from the weekend as some of the prohibitions beforehand were in my opinion somewhat onerous, but it all turned out OK in the end.
My princesses had a whale of a time, their mother was happy to have a weekend to herself and equally happy to have them back on the Sunday afternoon. We got lucky as she was off at a baby shower when we returned home so the princesses got to spend an hour or so in the bath getting clean and fluffy following the many activities, before she returned.
We were also lucky from my (and the grandparents) point of view to have descended on Fiesta Island at a point when the flowers we so emphatically in bloom, providing a spectacular background for some quick portraits.
On that note enjoy them, they are somewhat extravagant colorwise, but why not? we'll be unlikely to get that backdrop again. My apologies to those that I didn't get the chance to capture, there's always another camp, right? The sun was a bit too direct for some of the shots but even they look o.k. because of the colors.
If you do like them, don't try to print them, the resolution off the blog is going to be horrible, just let me know and I'll have them printed at my lab, I've been using a new Kodak metallic paper that's truly spectacular, and will suit these very well.
Just reply to the original mail........ and.......... Just to be clear, free no charge.
Thanks to all that spent the time organizing the event and to those of you who read this and wonder what Indian Princesses are, give me a call and I'll provide all the info.
